Hey folks, remember back in the pre-season when you all were making comparisons between your Corey Crawford and our Jadeveon Clowney, and about how Crawford was looking in the spring and fall like he may be just as good as our Clowney? How did that end up for y'all?

USC's Clowney:

CU's Crawford:

USC Clowney's individual achievements/awards:

I remember be4 the year hearing damiere byrd was better than sammy watkins, you want me to find those numbers for you?

You are a bandwagoner that only shows up when things are good and that showed when you dissappeared from the time we beat auburn(when you cryed like a 3 year old about shirts being made) until the season was over.

The only difference is, I can actually post links of those "Crawford as good as Clowney" comments, because they actually happened. Having to fabricate things that never actually existed in order to have a response is a poor way to counter someone, you know......

and you're confusing yourself with what the definition of "bandwagoner" is, regarding my smack posts here. Tisk tisk tisk.......

I agree, but we both know that jlcu91 is just too way far gone for either of us to talk him down, so.......

lol, you know why i dont is because it was in face-to-face conversations that I've had with gamecock friends and family that I interact with everyday. You see I dont spend my day looking at all the carolina sites, 1.) because I dont expect to find anything nice being said about clemson, and 2.) I could give a shit whats going on with carolina.

Well, I'll just choose to defer to your knowledge here, because only the Good Lord can guess as to what kinds of conversations you have with your friends and family members.....

Wow....3 in a row....we've done that countless times. No one cares. South Carolina beat Georgia, too. Georgia won the SEC East. We are in a BCS bowl, South Carolina's not. If SC wanted to win the East they should have beaten Auburn. We did. Georgia did. To bad you all weren't good enough to do it at home.

No one hangs banners for beating their in-state rival. We'll win again against SCAR; nothing lasts forever. Except championships. Too bad SC has none of those.

Have to love the fact that the greatest Gamecock season in their tradition-less history was soiled by Clemson going to the BCS, even in a year when SC beat Clemson. Always the bridesmaid, never the bride.

And oh yeah, I know we're the champions of an irrelevant conference, and we're playing the champions of another irrelevant conference. But members of both of those irrelevant conferences have sent the mighty Gamecocks home with losses the last two postseasons (ACC - Florida State; Big East - Connecticut).

Enjoy the schedule in 2012, especially Baton Rouge. I know I will

Well at least you're honest.....you know that your school is a pathetic program in a pathetic conference playing for pathetic titles. But you're still proud of it, so I say GOOD FOR YOU! Not that these posts belong in this thread, but you at least got yours in the correct forum, so I give you a gold star http://vmedia.rivals.com/images/database/stargold.gif for the effort alone!!

Your school won it's conference and is playing in a BCS bowl - our school didn't even get the chance to play for our conference and we're not in a BCS bowl - and your school is STILL looking up at our school in the national rankings.

Speaks all one needs to hear about the Atlantic Coast Conference...

Pathetic program?? Wow if that's not the pot calling the kettle black I don't know what is. SC has had a decent couple of years, but our 'pathetic' conference sent you guys home licking your wounds last year, so don't get too arrogant. The SEC isn't what it is because of South Carolina; it is what it is in spite of programs like South Carolina.

No one made you leave the ACC, which you were irrelevant in, to go be irrelevant in the SEC, which you are. And before you forget who has the 'pathetic' program just remember who hangs banners for division titles.

Yeah, the same Wofford that Clemson struggled to barely get past in their awesome conference-winning season....the same Wofford that had a better team in 2008 and led the FCS in rushing yards per game and 4th in FCS in total yds per game heading into our matchup that year, but who was contained to almost half their average by a Gamecock defense then that wouldn't come close to what our version next season will be like. I would expect that we wont be leading the Terriers by only a little ole point entering the 4th quarter next season......

CLE802A,

I would like to personally congratulate the University of South Carolina for their first 11-win season. Sixty three years ago Clemson had its first 11-win season and the fans were very proud. In fact, we were so proud that we have done it two more times since then. :D
