Crows to get new Athletic Dorm

The stimulus bill in Congress contains an earmark for a new athletic dorm for the Gamecocks. There were very few details available except it will be located at the Richland County Jail and will contain more rooms than originally planned.

Unfortunately, it was recently announced by Clemson AD Terry Billy-Bob Don Phillips that previously announced plans to expand the Football program's athletic dormitory has been canceled due to the economic struggles that grip the nation. To compensate for this loss of facility improvements, a new study has been commissioned by Clemson to find alternative and cost-saving measures that will result in added living space for the athletes in the dorms. Currently, the top proposal suggested is to limit the number of sheep each athlete rooms with from 4 to 3, thus increasing the available living space for the actual athletes.

AD Phillips is scheduled to submit this proposal to the Clemson Board of Trustees for approval on April 16th....
