Pro Golf Rankings are stupid!!!

So let me get this straight. Stephen Garcia who has never won a major championship will become the world's number one after this weekend and Tiger Woods with 14 majors is number two because he had an injury and missed several months. Golf rankings are worse than the BCS!!!

Sergio, however, can overtake the world's #1 ranking by winning this weekend and Tiger finishing worse than 27th. It won't happen, but considering Tiger hasn't played in 8 months it goes to show how strong of a stranglehold he has on the world's #1 ranking. They only look at the previous two years I think so Tiger's basically ranked #1 based on a year and little bit's worth of work. also consider he doesn't even play that many tourneys in a given year when he's healthy. Simply amazing.

The rankings are good I will disagree.......It is just that TIGER is that much ahead of the rest of the field....
