I'm sorry but there is no damn excuse for what that cop did to Moats of the Texans. He should be fired immediatly. No questions asked. He was clearly at the hospital to be with his mother-in-law before she died and he lost the chance to see her. The cop would have had his ass beaten if he did that to me. Period what a piece of s%$#!!!

Some people have good relations with their mother-in-laws and his wife was riding in the car with him. He wanted to be by her side as well to help her with the pain. I can understand that. This cop is a piece of crap and gives all cops a bad name!!!
