So here it goes:

The thread in question was regarding USC fans who choose to ignore past history of the USC-CU football rivalry, and only focus on the most recent 3 years. My explanation is offered as a learning tool for all y'all kindly folk up in the hill country.

Whenever I talk with Clemson fans about the overall USC-CU basketball rivalry, they do not care about the fact that USC holds the overall series edge over CU. Or that our success in ACC men's basketball play - and tournament play, and record of titles within the ACC conference - STILL trumps whatever Clemson has accomplished in the ACC, and we have been out of the ACC for nearly half a century...

All they seem to care about is their recent history over USC, not including this past season, of course. They say our overall historical advantage is meaningless. So, please compare the two scenarios, and those of you who have asked questions "WHY" in the insider thread, may find some answers to them....
