The season will end for Clemson in the same place that it started, the Georgia Dome.  Sunday Clemson will accept an invitation to play in the Chick-Fil-A bowl.

Clemson’s opponent in the Chick-Fil-A Bowl will be No. 7 LSU.  The two teams will battle at 7:30 on New Years Eve.

Clemson and LSU have met only two times, both in bowl games.  In 1959 LSU defeated Clemson in the Sugar Bowl.  The last meeting came in 1997 in the Peach Bowl when LSU defeated Clemson 10-7.
