A number of top prospects visited Death Valley Saturday to watch the Tigers whip the Gamecocks.  TCI caught up a number of Clemson’s recruiting targets to get their thoughts on the game.

“It was shocking, but I love the energy both teams brought, but Clemson was clearly the better team from the start.”

2016 Landon Dickerson – Hickory, N.C.

“I think it was a great win. I thought Clemson played a lot better than South Carolina. And, in return, they got the win.”

2016 PK Alex Barbir – Cumming, Ga.

“I think it was a huge win for coach Swinney and the Clemson program. The defense played lights out the entire game. They stuffed up every hole and really put their hands in the dirt. Deshaun (Watson) being able to come back and perform today was crucial. I think it really brought together Clemson’s offense.”

“It was a great atmosphere. It was extremely loud the whole game. But great win for Clemson. Deshaun played really well.”
