The top linebacker in the 2026 recruiting class has announced an offer from Clemson.

Atkinson announced a Top 10 back in September that included Florida State, Georgia, Alabama, North Carolina, LSU, Texas, Auburn, Ohio State and Tennessee, as well as Clemson. He last visited for Elite Junior Day back in March and the 6-foot-2, 205 pounder now has 49 offers in total.
Atkinson was credited with 197 tackles, 25 tackles for loss and 10.5 sacks during his sophomore season. The 247 Composite ranks him No. 8 overall and as the top linebacker in his class.
