TheClemsonInsider.com caught up with 2014 Clemson verbal commitment Jae’lon Oglesby.  Last weekend Jae’lon attended the All In BBQ.

“It was great.  We all had a good time,” said Oglesby.

Who are some of the recruits Jae’lon spoke with during the BBQ?

“I spent time talking with a lot of the recruits, but mainly Nkemdiche, DeShawn Williams and Sammy,” said Oglesby.

The Daniel standout and he teammates have been working hard this summer to prepare to compete for a championship in 2012.

“We have already started workouts.  We have been working hard this summer to get ready,” said Oglesby.

Oglesby helped lead the Lions to a 7-on-7 victory this summer.

“We have done well in the 7-on-7 tournaments.  We won the tournament up in North Carolina,” said Oglesby.

Jae’lon looks forward to watching the Tigers practice in August as they prepare for the season.

“I plan to get over to some of the practices.  Whenever I can make it I will go check them out,” said Oglesby.
