Clemson verbal commitment Dalvin Cook, one of the top 2014 running backs in the nation, is doing a diary with TheClemsonInsider.  In this edition the prize recruit talks about his visit plans to Clemson, starting camp, the 2013 recruiting class and much more!

I have been working hard this summer trying to get faster and stronger.  We have been pushing sleds, flipping tires and running on the track.

Our camp officially starts on Monday so things are getting ready to get moving.  The USA Today poll just came out and we are No. 1 in the nation so things just heated up.

We are finished with summer school.  It went well.  I got a few classes completed and that will help me be able to enroll early at Clemson.

I talked with coach Elliott last Friday.  We were just updating each other on everything.  We keep in touch.

I am going to try to get up to Clemson before the season to see a practice.  I am also playing get up for a game.

I try to check every week to see who is coming in with the next class.  With the guys they have coming it should be a really good class.
