2014 tight end Jeb Blazevich, one of the top tight ends in the South, has been all over the South visiting schools this summer. The focus has now turned to his junior season at Charlotte Christian.
“We had our first scrimmage last Friday. We are going into game week this week,” said Blazevich.
The Knights hit the field for the first time last weekend.
“Last Friday we scrimmaged Franklin High at Western Carolina. It went good. We are still working on a few things,” said Blazevich.
This fall the prize recruit will make a few visits, but the focus of the next few months will be on his team and school.
“I am focused on what we need to do this season. I plan to go to a couple of games but school comes first and academics,” said Blazevich.
A visit to Death Valley is on the schedule.
“I will go to at least one Clemson game and see my brother,” said Blazevich.
How has the recruiting process been for the highly recruited junior?
“It has been crazy. It has definitely been a blessing. I am glad to be able to go through it with my family. It is great going on the visits, but the best part is coming home. My parents have kept me grounded. I appreciate my family and teammates as they have supported me through the process,” replied Blazevich.
