What’s Cook’n with Dalvin

By Dalvin Cook.

Clemson verbal commitment Dalvin Cook, one of the top 2014 running backs in the nation, is doing a diary with TheClemsonInsider.  In this edition the prize recruit talks about how practices are going for his junior season, talking with coach Swinney and much more!

Practices are going good.  We are touching up on our plays and putting in the hard work.

I am going to play both running back and receiver this year.  They are going to use me some at receiver so they can get me to the edges more.

There is a lot of hype around the Grayson game.  We have been hearing it all summer.  We are just staying humble about the situation.

We are working hard so we can live up to the standards as the No. 1 team in the nation.  We should be able to get back to the state championship this year.

I talked to Dabo last week.  I call him when I can.  We talked about the Grayson game and how the coaches will be down to watch.

I am going to get up for a game, but I am not sure which one yet.

A bunch of my teammates came down with me for the camp.  The coaches have told them they want to see them in action.  After they see them against Grayson Clemson may offer.
