TheClemsonInsider.com spoke with defensive end Vic Beasley following Monday morning’s practice.  Vic has drawn praise from the coaching staff the past few weeks for his improved play.  Watch Vic discuss his improved play and much more on TCITV:

“It has just been due to hard work and effort.  I go out there every day with a great mindset.  Just trying to give my all each and every day,” said Beasley.

Vic came into this offseason with a different mindset knowing he would be needed to contribute this year.

“I came into the offseason with a better mindset than last year.  I just took advantage of that and tried to capitalize,” said Beasley.

After bouncing around several positions Vic has focused on defensive end the past year and a half.

“That definitely helps.  When I first came here I played tight end but I have been a defensive end for a good bit now so it has helped out a whole lot,” said Beasley.
