Kearse Heading to Tallahassee?

Jayron Kearse had another outstanding performance last Friday.  The Clemson verbal commitment is doing double duty this fall.

“We won 17-6.  I had six tackles and I rushed for 70 yards on seven carries,” Kearse told TheClemsonInsider.com.

The 4-star athlete could watch the Tigers in person this weekend.

“I might be in Tallahassee this weekend for the Clemson Florida State game,” said Kearse.

Who will come with Jayron to watch the Tigers?

“I may be watching in the stands with my uncle,” replied Kearse.

How does Jayron think the Tigers will do against the Noles?

“Real good.  Florida State hasn’t had any competition yet.  Hopefully that benefits us,” replied Kearse.

The Clemson staff would love to have Kearse available this year.

“Coach Swinney told me on Wednesday if I was there I would be suiting up as a starter so I guess I have a good chance to play early,” said Kearse.

Jayron is excited about the strong 2013 Clemson recruiting class.

“I am very excited.  If we keep it going and add a few more prospects we are going to have a chance at some high goals,” said Kearse.
