Clemson verbal commitment Wayne Gallman, one of the top running backs in the South, is doing a diary with TheClemsonInsider.com. In this edition the prize recruit discusses his visit to Clemson for Homecoming, senior night, hanging with Montravius Adams and MacKensie Alexander and much more!
I went to Clemson Saturday. The visit went well. It went very well.
It was pretty fun hanging out with the other recruits. I got to go out on the field and hang with the running backs before the game. I got to go watch them run down the Hill which was fun.
I hung out with DeMarcus, Ryan, MacKensie and Montravius. We got along perfectly. We were all trying to convince MacKensie and Montravius to come to Clemson. They liked what they saw for sure.
We won our game Friday night 48-14. I got a touchdown and had several tackles on defense. Overall it was a good game for the whole team.
It was senior day. It felt like it came real quick. You think about it and how it is almost over. But we had to do what we do and just ball out.
I just feel at home now at Clemson. I love how Clemson is playing. There is no question about it.
I will be going to Clemson. It doesn’t matter what Robert or David do. I will be a Tiger.
