Top corner Adrian Baker was impressed with Clemson’s 25-24 win over No. 7 LSU in the Chick-Fil-A Bowl.

“Oh man, that was a good win.  They showed how tough and physical they can play.  They came away with a big win over the SEC.  It was a great win for the program,” said Baker.

The Clemson staff is working hard to land Adrian.

“Clemson is coming at me hard right now.  They are telling me they need corners.  I have talked with Coach Venables, coach Swinney and coach Reed,” said Baker.

What did Adrian think of Clemson’s new defensive backs coach?

“I talked to him one time.  He is pretty cool.  He has a good resume.  We just were talking to feel each other out.  We are just starting to build a relationship,” replied Baker.

Adrian has a good idea where he would like to sign?

“I think I have an idea.  I am still going back and forth a little,” replied Baker.

Has the commitment timing changed for the top corner?

“No, I am still planning to announce on signing day,” said Baker.

What will be the most important factors when the prize recruit makes his final decision?

“Both schools are both kind of the same.  They are both good opportunities with great traditions.  I can’t go wrong with either one.  I will just go where I am most comfortable,” replied Baker.
