Clemson verbal commitment D.J. Greenlee made the short trip to take his official visit this weekend.  TheClemsonInsider.com caught up with the former Daniel standout following his visit.

How did D.J. enjoy the official visit to Clemson?

Greenlee: It was good. It was good to meet the other teammates. We all hung out and had a good time.

Who came with D.J. on the visit?

Greenlee: My mom and dad. My mom finally started to get a feel for everything that goes on with football.

What was the highlight of the visit?

Greenlee: It was listening to Brian Dawkins speak. It gave me a boost. To listen to one of the greatest players to play the game.

How did the visit rate on a scale of one to ten?

Greenlee: I would give it a nine.

What did you do Saturday night with your player host?

Greenlee: We just hung out together. We had a good time getting to know everyone better.

Tell us about the conversations with the coaches?

Greenlee: They were good. They let me know what I was going to do when I start there. I am getting to know coach Venables a lot better.

Do you hear about any commitments this weekend?

Greenlee: Nope, I did not. I think they all had fun. I got to know them a lot better.
