Clemson verbal commitment Jae’lon Oglesby heard the news that 5-star Dalvin Cook has switched his commitment to Florida.

“It is just a bigger opportunity for me,” said Oglesby.

The 4-star running back had considered taking some other visits, but those plans have changed.

“Na, I don’t plan to take any,” said Oglesby.

Jae’lon will be in the Valley this weekend for the Orange White game.

“I will be there,” said Oglesby.

The Daniel standout has a thought on where he thinks former Daniel star DeAndre Hopkins will be drafted.

“I think he will be going to the Panthers,” said Oglesby.

What does Jae’lon plan to work on over the summer?

“I just will workout hard and try to get bigger and faster,” replied Oglesby.

Jae’lon has high expectations for his senior year at Daniel.

“We are going to Columbia next year for the state championship,” said Oglesby.
