By Wayne Gallman.
Future Clemson Tiger Wayne Gallman, one of the top running backs in the South, is doing a diary with TheClemsonInsider.com. In this edition the All-American talks about his weekend visit to Clemson and much more!
I went up to Clemson Saturday after taking the ACT. My mom just wanted me to take it again to see if I could get a better score.
I liked the game a lot. Despite the injuries they looked good. I got a better look at the running backs and the defense. I got to see how it will be when I come up and put on the pads.
It was sad seeing Chad Kelly go down. It happened at the wrong time and the wrong place. There is nothing he can do about it. He will fight and come back strong.
Tyshon and I have been talking. We are planning to come in ready to compete this summer.
I got to spend some time with my girlfriend after the game. We went out to eat with out families.
It was crazy this weekend. I didn’t have a name tag on or anything and people knew me. I had people calling me out across the street and everything.
Austin Meadows and I talk every day. I talk with him at school almost every day. We have talked about whether we could room together.
I am training every day. I know this summer I am going to go down to my dads in Florida for a week. Then I am coming up to Clemson on June 23.
