2015 defensive end prospect Arden Key already has plans for his commitment announcement.
“I am planning on committing on October 25 on ESPN when we play Stephenson,” said Key.
Arden would name four leaders, but says he already knows where he will commit.
“Tennessee, Clemson, Georgia and UCLA are my leaders,” said Key.
What is the top defensive end hearing from the Clemson staff?
“They tell me they really like me and tell me about the university. They say I will play defensive end,” replied Key.
Several teams have been Lithonia, GA to check on Arden the past few weeks.
“Ole Miss, West Virginia, Florida State and Louisville have been by,” said Key.
The 6-5, 200 pound sophomore visited Clemson this spring.
“I got to meet all of the coaches. I got to see them practice and was able to chill with some of the players. I felt welcome with open arms,” said Key.
What will be important when Arden announces his college destination in October?
“I will look to see if they are good dealing with my major. I will look to see if it feels like home. Do I have a good relationship with the coaches and players. Do they welcome me with open arms and how does the community think about me,” said Key.
