Ratliff super excited about Clemson offer

2015 quarterback Anthony Ratliff picked up his first offer from Clemson last week.

“I was told by my coach that Clemson had offered.  They came to visit on Wednesday to check on me,” said Ratliff.

How did the Butler High standout feel about getting the offer from the Tigers?

“I was super excited.  It was my first offer,” said Ratliff.

Two other ACC schools visited Butler to check on the future star.

“North Carolina and Duke also came by,” said Ratliff.

When asked about his early favorites, Ratliff responded, “I don’t really have any.  I am pretty open.  I haven’t visited the schools yet”.

Anthony is the next great quarterback from Butler, a school that has put out a number of top quarterbacks.

“It is exciting and there is a lot of pressure and responsibility.  I like the challenge.  I am ready to take the role and be a leader,” said Ratliff.

The Tigers will get a visit this summer.

“I plan to camp at Clemson and Carolina (North).  I am also going to try to get to Duke and Michigan,” said Ratliff.

What are Anthony’s strengths?

“Well you really should ask my coach but they say I am a true dual-threat quarterback,” replied Ratliff.
