Ray Ray McCloud announced his commitment to Clemson on a broadcast from Bright House Sports Network.

McCloud selected the Tigers over Florida, UCLA and Maryland.  The offer list was a who’s who of college football including the likes of Florida, Alabama, Auburn, UCLA, Florida State, Michigan, Miami, Notre Dame, Ohio State and many others.

“When I went to Clemson I just fell in love with it,” said McCloud.

Ray Ray visited Clemson in June for the Dabo Swinney High School football camp along with good friend and Clemson commit Deon Cain and his family.

“We are really happy about his decision,” said his mother.

McCloud becomes the 20th commitment for the Tiger’s top five 2015 class.
