TCI Hitter-of-the Week #25 Chris Okey
The sophomore catcher from Mount Dora, FL earned his third straight and fourth overall TCI Hitter-of-the-Week award for his performance over the last week as he went 8-for-15 (.533). In four games, Okey tallied six runs, four RBI, and a walk.

The junior from Duluth, GA earned his third TCI Pitcher-of-the-Week award for his performance Saturday against Duke. In 8.2 innings pitched, Erwin allowed one run (earned) on five hits and two walks with nine strikeouts to earn his third win of the season.

Clemson won two midweek home games before sweeping a rain-shortened two-game home series from Duke. The Tigers outscored their opposition 35-10 while outhitting their opponents .303 (40 hits) to .156 (20 hits). For the week, Clemson had eight doubles, 17 walks, and four HBPs against 16 strikeouts while going 0-1 on stolen bases. The Tiger pitching staff had a 2.00 ERA, allowing 10 runs (eight earned) in 36.0 innings with 12 walks against 31 strikeouts. Clemson fielded at a .960 clip, committing six errors in 149 chances.
