TCI Hitter-of-the Week              #9 Steven Duggar

The junior outfielder from Moore, SC earned his first TCI Hitter-of-the-Week award for his performance over the last week as he went 5-for-14 (.357). In four games, Duggar tallied a homer, two runs, five RBI, four walks, and a sac fly while earning the top play on SportsCenter for an outstanding catch on Tuesday night at Georgia.

TCI Pitcher-of-the-Week            #39 Jake Long

The redshirt senior from Anderson, SC earned his first TCI Pitcher-of-the-Week award for his performance over two appearances last week. In 5.1 innings pitched, Long did not allow a run on three hits with two walks and a strikeout.

Weekly Notes:

Clemson dropped a midweek game at Georgia before losing two of three games at Georgia Tech. The Tigers were outscored 19-17 on the week while being outhit .254 (35 hits) to .234 (30 hits). For the week, Clemson had two doubles, a triple, five homers, 17 walks, and five HBPs against 22 strikeouts while going 1-2 on stolen bases. The Tiger pitching staff had a 3.89 ERA, allowing 19 runs (15 earned) in 34.2 innings with 16 walks against 32 strikeouts. Clemson fielded at a .967 clip, committing five errors in 150 chances.
