4-star WR talks Clemson

By Hale McGranahan.

During the first week that Clemson was on the road for the spring evaluation period, the Tigers sent out an offer to four-star wide receiver Jerry Jeudy.

The 6-foot-1, 160-pound prospect from Pompano Beach, Florida has offers from some of the nation’s marquee programs, including Auburn, Florida State, LSU, Georgia and Florida.

While considering his many options, Jeudy will keep one factor in mind.

“A school that just throws the ball a lot really,” he told TheClemsonInsider, during a recent interview.

Clemson’s reputation for airing the ball out has piqued his interest.

“I don’t know much,” Jeudy said, when asked what he knows about the program. “But I know they’ve developed very good receivers over the past couple of years.”

He plans to visit Clemson in June.

“I’m trying to see their practice fields and their facility and how their academics are,” Jeudy said.

This summer, he also hopes to take visits to Ohio State, Florida State and Alabama.
