Clemson defensive tackle Carlos Watkins spoke with The Clemson Insider following Monday’s morning practice. The redshirt junior said he has been pleased with the defense to this point, especially the play of the defensive line.

“We have come out here with great intensity and focus,” Watkins said. “We are correcting all of the little things. The scrimmage the other day, we gave up too many big plays, but we can correct those things. I’m pretty pleased with how we have been playing so far.”
