Saturday visitor list

Early season games against FCS opponents usually don’t bring in many big-time junior and senior visitors.

Clemson quarterback commitment [autotag]Zerrick Cooper[/autotag] told TheClemsonInsider that he was planning to make the trip up from Jonesboro, Ga. Fellow 2016 pledge [autotag]Chandler Reeves[/autotag] (McDonough, Ga.) also confirmed his plans to visit for the Wofford game on Saturday.

On 9/11, their schools will face one another at Eagle’s Landing.

Three-star quarterback [autotag]Hendon Hooker[/autotag] (Greensboro-Dudley) is among the top confirmed, uncommitted guests. The 2017 prospect claims offers from Clemson, Syracuse and East Carolina.

Greenville-Christ Church 2018 linebacker [autotag]Khalid Jones[/autotag] will also be on campus. Another instate prospect, 2017 Prosperity-Mid-Carolina quarterback [autotag]Corey Stone[/autotag], is visiting.

Perhaps the most prominent guests due on campus are being brought in by the basketball staff. [autotag]Blake Harris[/autotag], a four-star point guard from The Carlisle School in Virginia — by way of Chapel Hill — announced on Wednesday night that he was visiting.

Harris visited Clemson over the summer and picked up an offer. Cincinnati, Florida State, Miami, Virginia Tech and Wake Forest are on board with offers, too.

Spartanburg Day School small forward [autotag]Zion Williamson[/autotag], picked up a Clemson offer while in town earlier this summer, is set to return on Saturday.

Three-star guard [autotag]Al Durham[/autotag], who’s from Berkmar High School, has offers from Indiania, Miami, USF and Virginia Tech.

Another Atlanta-area guard, [autotag]Alex O’Connell[/autotag] of Milton High School in Alpharetta, Ga., will also be on campus. UAB, Middle Tennessee, Georgia Southern, UNF and FIU have offered.

On Friday, Clemson commitment [autotag]Tavien Feaster[/autotag] share the same field with 2017 wide receiver target [autotag]Shi Smith[/autotag] when Union hosts Spartanburg. TCI is planning to be on hand for the game.
