Clemson lands another transfer

On Wednesday, the Clemson basketball team added Texas A&M transfer Elijah Thomas.

The former four-star recruit announced last month that he was going to transfer from Texas A&M after averaging 3.8 points and 2.5 rebounds in eight games.

Thomas, who also visited Nebraska, will enroll at Clemson this semester.

The 6-9, 240-pound center from Lancaster, Tex. was the No. 44 overall player in the class of 2015, according to 247. He’ll be eligible to play at Clemson in January of 2017.
