Four-star wide receiver Amari Rodgers will reveal his commitment at noon today.
The Knoxville Catholic product is scheduled to announce his decision on Periscope (@arodgers_3).
Clemson is listed as a finalist with Alabama, Florida State, Tennessee and Wake Forest.
Rogers was once committed to Southern Cal, where his father is an assistant coach. Dad is former Tennessee quarterback Tee Martin, who now serves as the Trojans’ offensive coordinator.
Clemson offered Rodgers in December just days before he backed off his pledge to Southern Cal.
Rodgers visited Clemson late last month for the Tigers’ first Junior Day event of the year. His initial plans to make a commitment were announced the next day.
Securing a commitment from Rodgers would certainly help Clemson’s pursuit of two of Rodgers’ close friends: Oak Ridge, Tenn. five-star (247) wide receiver Tee Higgins and Memphis four-star running back Cordarrian Richardson.
