Most of the attention at linebacker has been on the pair of Clemson five-star freshmen Shaq Smith and Tre Lamar, but defensive coordinator Venables thinks the Tigers have landed a gem in Jamie Skalski.

Venables compared Skalski to senior Ben Boulware again on Thursday, and said it will be a tough decision on whether or not to redshirt the freshman.
