Four-Star wide receiver Tee Higgins plays high school football just outside of Knoxville, Tennessee, but he committed to play college football at Clemson.

Higgins spoke with Campus Insiders’ Mark Nagi about why he chose the Tigers over the Vols, while his high school coach explains what makes Higgins one of the best wide receivers in the Class of 2017.
