How did Clemson’s commitments perform in their games this weekend?
The Clemson Insider has the latest on those performances right here:
2017 wide receiver commitments Tee Higgins and Amari Rodgers led their respective schools to victory with stellar outings.
Higgins had 68 yards receiving and two touchdown receptions, including a 51-yarder. Higgins also intercepted two passes on defense, and would have been credited with a 56-yard punt return for a touchdown had it not been called back because of a penalty. One of his scores and both interceptions occurred in the first quarter alone. Higgins and Oak Ridge (Tenn.) handled Clinton 56-21.

2017 Brownsburg (Ind.) quarterback commit Hunter Johnson completed 14 of 33 passes for 231 yards and a touchdown with no interceptions in his team’s 28-26 win over Bloomington South. Johnson’s touchdown pass went for 85 yards.
2017 linebacker commit Baylon Spector, who plays quarterback for Calhoun (Ga.), scored two touchdowns on a 4-yard run and a 59-yard run as Calhoun blanked Douglass-Atlanta 28-0.
2017 Trezevant (Tenn.) running back commit Cordarrian Richardson made the most of his four carries in his team’s 36-6 victory at KIPP Collegiate. Richardson ran for 107 yards, including a 70-yard touchdown.
Lastly, 2017 cornerback commit LeAnthony Williams showed well for Roswell (Ga.) in its 24-7 win against Buford. Here is one of his big plays:
