The Clemson Insider caught up with Clemson defensive coordinator Brent Venables following Tuesday’s practice as the Tigers prepare for the Fiesta Bowl.

Venables said there is no elevator to winning the national championship and his defense will have to take the stairs and put in the work. The rotation at defensive end is getting better and the best days are ahead for all of the defensive ends according to Venables.
