Clemson took an early 1-0 lead over Furman on Tuesday evening when Weston Jackson doubled down the center to score Andrew Cox in the bottom of the second inning.

Cox led off the inning by drawing a walk to get on base. He advanced to second by stealing as Logan Davidson struck out, looking.

Jackson then came to the plate with one out and nailed a double to send Cox home, putting the Tigers on top of the Paladins in the second inning.
