Clemson plated their first run of the day in the top of the sixth.

Chris Williams doubles to leadoff.  With one out Drew Wharton singled to score Williams.  The Tigers couldn’t get anything else and stranded two runners.

Clemson cut the Georgia Tech lead to 5-1.
