UGA commit reports offer from Clemson

Bradenton (Fla.) IMG Academy four-star defensive end Nolan Smith, a Georgia commitment in the class of 2019, said via social media on Wednesday morning that Clemson has offered.

Smith (6-3, 223) has other offers from Alabama, Florida, Florida State, Georgia, LSU, Miami, South Carolina and Tennessee. He committed to Georgia in January.

He is ranked by 247Sports as the top prospect in Florida, No. 3 weak-side defensive end and No. 5 overall prospect in the 2019 class.
