Clemson outfielder Reed Rohlman, a junior, was selected by the Kansas City Royals with the 1,050 pick in the 35th round of Wednesday’s Major League draft.
Rohlman led the Tigers with a .361 batting average this year as he earned second-team All-American honors. The outfielder had six home runs and 34 RBIs. He has a .542 slug percentage with an on-base percentage of .448.
