Patrick Cromwell hit a bomb, his first of the year, to right field to tie the game in the ninth Tuesday as No. 7 Clemson rallied to beat Winthrop, 9-8, in 10 innings at Doug Kingsmore Stadium.

Kyle Wilkie hit the game-winning single in the bottom of the 10th to improve the Tigers to 8-0 overall.
