Matt Cooper and Holt Jones both got their first starts for Clemson and had outstanding performances.

Grayson Byrd, who hit three home runs, joined them for the post-game press conference after the Tigers’ 5-0 win over Charleston Southern Tuesday night at Doug Kingsmore Stadium in Clemson.

With the win, the Tigers improved to 16-1 this season. Clemson, who has won eight straight, will host NC State in a three-game series this weekend.
