During his post-practice media availability on Wednesday evening, Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney commented on a defensive back who did not play in last Saturday’s game at Miami.
Swinney was asked why sophomore cornerback Jeadyn Lukus didn’t see any snaps against the Hurricanes, and if it was a coach’s decision or due to an injury.
“Yeah, injury,” Swinney said.
Swinney was then asked if there’s anything more he could share on Lukus’ injury.
“Just working through an injury right now,” Swinney said.
A former five-star prospect from Mauldin, S.C., Lukus has played in the other six games for Clemson this season, making three starts. The 6-foot-2, 200-pounder has posted 10 tackles and three pass breakups.
