Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney has some good news on the injury front for the Tigers following Wednesday’s practice.

While the Tigers are looking at the possibility of not having Will Shipley against the Irish, they may be getting a running back available again.  Coach Swinney was asked about the status of Jay Haynes.

“He has been able to practice this week so that has been good getting him back.  He hasn’t been able to go the last couple of weeks.  He has been able to practice so that’s good,” said Swinney.

Haynes has six carries for 35 yards and one touchdown.  He also has two receptions for 20 yards and one touchdown.
