During his Zoom conference call with the media on Sunday evening, Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney updated the injury status of his team coming out of Saturday’s 31-20 win over North Carolina at Death Valley.
Swinney said the Tigers came out of the game in “pretty good shape” from a health standpoint with the exception of junior receiver Beaux Collins. Swinney said after Saturday’s game that Collins tore his plantar fascia in the contest.
“He’ll probably be a day-to-day type thing,” Swinney said. “We’ll see how sore he is. Hopefully that’ll go away quick, but don’t know. He’s probably the biggest one. Everybody else, I think, we’re in pretty good shape.”
Clemson (7-4) will conclude the 2023 regular season with its annual rivalry showdown against South Carolina (5-6) on Saturday. Kickoff in Columbia is slated for 7:30 p.m. on SEC Network.
