Two Clemson Starters Accept Senior Bowl Invites

These starting Clemson defensive tackles are headed to play in a premier college football all-star game.

Ruke Orhorhoro and Tyler Davis have accepted their invites to play in the Senior Bowl, the longest continual-running all-star game that has taken place in Mobile, Alabama the past 74 years.

The Senior Bowl will be played on Saturday, February 3, 2024 at the University of South Alabama’s Hancock Whitney Stadium. It will be televised on NFL Network.

A fifth-year veteran, Orhorhoro has started all 12 games this season for Clemson, tallying 25 tackles, eight tackles for loss, five sacks and a pass breakup.

The 6-foot-4, 290-pounder entered this season with 75 tackles (17.5 for loss), 7.0 sacks, eight pass breakups and two fumble recoveries over 41 games (18 starts) from 2019-22.

Davis, a fellow fifth-year senior, has started all 12 games this season as well while recording 31 tackles, 3.5 tackles for loss and a half sack.

The 6-foot-2, 300-pounder racked up 122 tackles (26.0 for loss), 15.5 sacks, four pass breakups and three fumble recoveries over 43 games (39 starts) in his first four seasons from 2019-22.

Orhorhoro garnered third-team All-ACC honors on Tuesday, while Davis collected first-team honors.
