Former Tiger re-enters transfer portal

A former Clemson Tiger is headed back into the transfer portal after a two-year stint at Miami.

Wide receiver Frank Ladson was a four-star recruit in the 2019 class and committed to Clemson. He spent his first three years in the program, catching 31 passes for 428 yards and six touchdowns.

Ladson transferred to Miami, where he showed promise in 2022 with 27 catches for 298 yards. He didn’t have a single catch in 2023, and now he’s heading back into the portal according to On3Sports.

Ladson still has eligibility left thanks to the COVID year, and injuries have plagued his career to this point. Now he’ll look to close his college career on a high note.
