Tee Higgins Injury Update

Former Clemson star Tee Higgins has been sidelined for the past three games after injuring his hamstring in a practice on Nov. 8.

However, the Cincinnati Bengals wideout could potentially return to the field in his team’s upcoming Week 13 game, according to Bengals head coach Zac Taylor.

“I think so,” Taylor told reporters on Tuesday. “We’ll see what we can get out of him this week as it goes. He’s been working with the trainers, and he’ll continue to do that… So, we’ll see where he’s at.”

The Bengals (5-6) face Trevor Lawrence, Travis Etienne and the Jacksonville Jaguars (8-3) on Monday Night Football (8:15 p.m., ABC/ESPN), and it sounds like Higgins has a chance to be back in action then based on how things go in practice leading up to the game.

Higgins has played in seven games this season, recording 27 receptions for 328 yards and two touchdowns.

A second-round pick of the Bengals in 2020 (33rd overall), Higgins has 242 career catches for 3,356 yards and 21 touchdowns. He surpassed 1,000 receiving yards in each of the last two seasons.
