Thomas joined Clemson as a walk-on in January 2022 but earned a scholarship in advance of the 2022 season.
A redshirt junior, Thomas rushed 25 times for 147 yards in 64 offensive snaps in 16 games at Clemson from 2022-23.
This season, Thomas recorded 18 carries for 116 yards and a touchdown and a 4-yard reception in 43 snaps over 12 games.
Between his time at Clemson and NAIA Union College in Kentucky, the 5-foot-8, 210-pounder combined for 123 carries for 674 yards and seven touchdowns and 34 catches for 289 yards and a receiving touchdown for his collegiate career.
Thomas elected to transfer and pursue his dream at Clemson after tragically losing his mother and grandparents to a tornado in March 2021.
