JACKSONVILLE – Clemson running back Will Shipley is mulling his decision between returning for his senior season as a Tiger or entering the NFL draft.
Shipley graduated from the university in three years, so that also plays a factor. It’s still a decision he’s yet to make, but he gave an update on his future during the TaxSlayer Gator Bowl press conference.
“In terms of my decision and kind of where I am…I’ll talk through everything and all the components and all the factors to make a decision..as I said, the number one thing for me right now is this game tomorrow and sending these boys off to my left off on the right note,” Shipley said
While he’s still on the fence, Shipley is set to play in the Gator Bowl Friday. During the regular season, he played in 11 games, finishing with 1,033 scrimmage yards and seven total touchdowns.
