Clemson’s Ranking in the Final Coaches Poll

The final US LBM Coaches Poll was released Tuesday following the conclusion of Monday’s national championship game.

Clemson (9-4, 4-4 ACC) is ranked No. 20 in the final coaches poll.

The Tigers were unranked in the previous coaches poll released on Dec. 3 after conference championship weekend. However, in that poll, Clemson (107) led all teams outside the top 25 receiving votes.

Dabo Swinney’s team finished the year on a five-game winning streak, including the comeback, 38-35 victory over Kentucky in the Gator Bowl on Dec. 29.

The 2023 campaign marks Clemson’s 13th consecutive nine-win season and 14th overall in Swinney’s 15 full seasons as head coach.

The Tigers also extended their streak of at least one postseason win (conference championship, bowl game and/or national championship game) to 13 consecutive seasons, the longest streak on record in major college football history.
