Former Clemson WR Announces Transfer Destination

Another Clemson transfer has found his new college home.

Former Tiger wide receiver Brannon Spector took to social media Wednesday afternoon to announce his transfer destination, revealing that he is headed to Jacksonville State to finish his college career.

Spector entered the portal in early January following five years at Clemson. He recorded 38 catches for 372 yards and two touchdowns and had two rushes for 21 yards during his career as a Tiger from 2019-23.

The 6-foot-1, 205-pounder had four catches for 25 yards while playing 82 total snaps over 10 games this season. He missed a few games due to injury down the stretch of the season before returning for the Gator Bowl vs. Kentucky and playing five snaps.

Spector, the brother of former Clemson linebacker Baylon Spector and son of former Clemson receiver Robbie Spector, enrolled at Clemson back in January 2019.

Brannon also posted a thank-you message to Clemson on Wednesday afternoon:

I can’t thank Clemson University enough for the journey I have had. It has been an incredible 5 years of making memories, meeting incredible people, growing as a man, and playing with great teammates & coaches! I will forever cherish getting to be a Tiger! 💜
