The recruiting trail is in full force for Clemson football, and the Tigers are making a heavy push for the best player in the 2025 class.
Five-star offensive lineman David Sanders is one Dabo Swinney has clearly circled, and it would be a massive statement for the cycle. It’s a relationship Clemson has built thoroughly, dating back to multiple visits and his latest coming during the weekend of the Florida State game.
Now that the Tigers are in the offseason, emphasis is on recruiting and Swinney joined new offensive line coach Matt Luke to visit Sandersat Providence Day.

Crafting the relationship with Luke is crucial if Clemson hopes to land Sanders. Given the concerns at offensive line last season, imagine the improvement Luke could bring to the current group alongside the potential to add Sanders to that picture.
Swinney doesn’t recruit if he doesn’t like his odds, and the Tigers continued their efforts to be a front runner in Sanders recruiting moving closer to Elite Junior Day.
